Cancellations
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, if you buy online, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one within 7 working days of the receipt of goods, however it is your responsibility to return the goods at your expense.
In all cases your statutory rights are not affected.
Damages and Faulty Goods
If any item that we deliver to you arrives damaged or is faulty, then we will happily replace the item for free or refund the item as you wish.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not happy with your purchase from our site, you may return the item within 14 days from the date of receipt of goods. Please call us for a returns authorisation number. As long as the goods returned are received in their original packaging and are in a re-saleable condition, you will be credited with a full refund.
Return carriage to be met by the purchaser unless goods are proven to be faulty, in which case the cost of returns will be met by the company. This does not affect your statutory rights.
